Introduction

DynpaX by Qenner uses two separate services to provide the Search and Book functionality. The Search service is aimed at flexibility and speed, whereas the Book service focuses on stability and accuracy. Search is done completely on-site, Book uses external connections for the latest data and remote booking.

A typical website would use the Search service for all presentation: search, filter, compare, view. Only when the customer chooses a specific trip on a specific date the Book service steps in to get the latest availability and online price calculation. Because of the external lookups the Book service has longer waiting times, and should only then be started when the customer is sure of her choice.

Connecting to the services

Both services use a Json formatted request-response. You will need an API-key from us to be able to access them. When you receive access, you will get:

  • Your API-key
  • The endpoints to use for both services
  • Access to these pages, including
  • PHP reference clients and BookingService swagger documentation
